The Board of ICANN today approved a recommendation that could see a whole range of new names introduced to the Internet's addressing system.

	Quote:

	"The Board today accepted a recommendation from its global stakeholders that it is possible to implement many new names to the Internet, paving the way for an expansion of domain name choice and opportunity" said Dr Paul Twomey, President and CEO of ICANN.

Public Content and custom aggregation development

Well, as some of you have already learned that aggregating someone's else feeds/content isn't the safest thing to do...

What is safe? The answer is simple: use the content that you have already paid for... If you are a U.S. citizen then most likely you are paying taxes.. government spends your tax money to create content among other things. This content is free for your use. Recent discussion (How I made more than $580,000 in 2007 selling Public Domain materials) only proves it.

http://www.public-domains.dotbeyond.com is a 'no thrills' prototype of public/government sites search engine .

New revenue sources for PPC advertisers

Pay-per-click advertising at networks like Google Adwords or Microsoft's AdCenter isn't cheap... If you spend $100 or more per month (or maybe if your just plan to

)

It is known that Domain registration is really lucrative business. My idea is that if instead of spending $99 on advertising, you can spend it on establishing domain registration /reselling account you'll instanty return $175 in Adword /Adcenter credits and add additional source of income without extra investment. There is more....

Domain-less affiliate marketing

While AdSense Publishing seems to be an easy task, it actually involves a lot of work and a lot of time: registration, setup, content creation, directories/search engine submissions, promotions, links exchanges could take years before you'll make your $50-$100/month . Why? because traffic builds revenue. Your hopes for high revenues does not increase your traffic.

About a month ago there were no good PPC coupons so I decided to try MSN AdCenter.
I was too lazy to build landing page, so i decided to use some product that has "in-house" or simplified affiliate program. I chose automatic ad poster to craigslist - it has free demo, several versions from $67 to $99 and 40% affiliate payoff.

New p2p FREE payment processor. Get $25 for signup

Revolution MoneyExchange is trying to place itself as a viable alternative to money processing companies like PayPal and OboPay. One immediate advantage stands out right form the start - no fees if both parties are Money Exchange members. I can see that being a huge selling point in trying to woo business away from established sites that charge excessive fees, like PayPal.

Partner/Investor needed for branding venture

We're all know that good "brandable" domain cost a lot of money, but at the same time it is really difficult to sell such domains. Why? Because none of the current DN marketplaces specialize on "brandable" domains, which could be used as a company/product/technology name. Over the past 5-6 years I've been helping my customers to come up with good name for their projects, design corporate identity materials etc. The workflow is pretty much the same every time:
