<![CDATA[For rent by owner is our second row beach cottage with great ocean view and easy beach access. Our house has 3-4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen beds. The 4th room is a small room attached to the master bedroom that has a queen pull-out sleeper sofa and a crib. There are 2 � bathrooms and an outdoor hot/cold shower. We only rent out occasionally when we are not going to be there. The house is available this Labor Day weekend. We rent nightly with a 3 night minimum stay for $200/night. There is a $100 security deposit. There is also a $70 cleaning fee (or you can choose to clean it yourself). <br> Our house is very child-friendly. We have a crib, pack-n-play, exersaucer, portable high chair, and toys available for use. We also have some chairs and umbrellas available for use. We have a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, tv, dvd player, and wi-fi. There is a public boat launch right at the end of our block, so you can bring your kayak or boat. <br> The drive to Oak Island takes us 2 � hours from our Raleigh home. The quaint town of Southport is about 20 minutes away, and Wilmington is about 45 minutes.
