Next to us is the beach emergency access for the fire department so that is what gives us the spectacular ocean views. This area can never be built on and we sit on our deck and enjoy the surf. You can actually see the waves from the living area, and from the kitchen while eating or cooking. You can even see the sun rise over the ocean while lying in the comfortable Simmons world class beauty rest mattress! Not only is it furnished for supreme comfort it is decorated to make you feel completely at ease and relaxed from the moment you walk in. We made this our home away from home and it is decorated that way. The high top resin deck chairs make sitting on the deck like sitting on a thrown. The view is breath taking.<br> <br> The property also is walking distance to town and sits on a private and secluded residential section of surf city. There are no other town houses around - just single family homes and it is a 25 mph road for only beach front homes so it is quiet and relaxing. The town house has its own private parking and beach access (no streets to cross of course because you are on an ocean front lot already). You just couldn't have a better location.<br> <br> This home is newly renovated for the 2012 season and is just opening for rentals. It is tastefully decorated and features quality fixtures and flooring. There is a well appointed kitchen and comfortable furniture throughout the home. Because we know a good vacation can only be good if you can get a good nights sleep, we feature premium bedding with Simmons World Class Beautyrest mattress on the King Size master bed and also on the full size lower bunk in the second bedroom. The two twin beds are quality Serta mattresses. The home is equipped with comfort height 18 toilets and custom lighting. Bed linens are included at no extra charge (many units would charge you an additional fee of approx $60 or more for this) [note that the mattresses are very thick and would require deep pocket sheets if you choose to bring your own]. It is decorated as luxury accommodations. There is a gourmet kitchen featuring over 20 linear ft of Corian countertops. For your cooking pleasure it is equipped with stainless steel 18/8, 3 ply cookware, with Hanckels knives, and Martha Steward kitchen gadgets to delight even the fussiest beach chef. There are ample oak and cherry cutting boards and Corian hot plates so that you can place your hot and warm dishes on the table on the custom solid Brazilian cherry table for serving. The cabinets are stocked with plenty of eating, drinking, serving and adult beverage glasses. We also have an assortment of plastic beverage ware so that you can enjoy your favorite margarita or soda on the beach (as glassware is sticky prohibited on the beach by local ordinance). <br> The kitchen table seats 10 and there are an additional 4 stools at the kitchen island that can be added to the table or accommodated diners at the island. The 50 inch HD flat screen TV with premium Boston acoustic sound, DVR and Blue Ray DVD can be viewed throughout the second floor common area. The DVR is also a nice treat you won't find in many rentals. Record your favorite shows or pause live TV so that you can enjoy your vacation on your time, and not have to miss any of your favorite shows or sports events. Maximize your vacation by recording your favorite shows and being able to fast forward through the commercials so you can enjoy more beach time with you family (usually cutting 15-20 minutes out of a 1 hrs show). Then in the evenings when the sun is down and you are ready to wind down, sink into the butter soft leather sofa or chair and put your feet up on a leather ottoman and settle in for some of your favorite shows by fast forwarding through the commercial interruptions on playback. Meanwhile, the kids may be enjoying their favorite shows, DVDs or games in the bunk room (which is fully compatible for them to bring along and hook up their game box). <br> Since this is one of the highest elevation homes in Surf City, spectacular ocean, sound and town views are available from every window and every angle of this reversed floor plan home. This includes the living, sleeping, cooking and even the bathroom areas. The deck views can only be described as "breathtakingly awesome." You can literally see all the way in to the Surf City turning bridge from the deck of the home. <br> Because we know a good vacation can only be good if you can get a good nights sleep, we feature premium bedding with Simmons World Class Beautyrest mattress. Note these bunk beds have premium bedding so they are comfortable for kids of all sizes!! The bottom bunks are equipped with Simmons Beautyrest mattress. The top bunks are equipped with premium latex mattresses. This is because top bunk mattresses need to be thinner but we instead we would not drop our standard for quality bedding . What does all this mean? The mattresses in our bunk beds are better than most mattresses you find in as a "no name" king size mattress in most other rental properties you will encounter. That is a fact. <br> � Because sometimes, despite even the best planning, unexpected friends and family just show up when you have a great place at the beach. . . there is a queen size sleeper sofa equipped with an up graded, premium quality, no spring latex mattress. [Note: the upgrade to latex springless, not only makes the mattress more comfortable, it also makes the couch more comfortable since springs were really never meant to be crushed and folded over themselves and still be comfortable to sleep and sit on!] <br> In addition to the mattresses themselves, because we think our guests deserve the very best in a peasant and worry free vacation, we have equipped the bedding in this unit with FDA approved, class 1 medical device bed and pillow covers. These are obviously very expensive so while you may find pillow or bed covers, it would be rare to find owners that have gone to this level to protect the bedding and the guests. What this means to you, is that your bedding is FDA certified to be protected from bedbugs, dust mites, allergens, bacteria, and liquid penetration. Isn't that nice to know? Do you have that confidence in other units you are staying in? Again it is all about an awesome worry free vacation for our guests. After all, you vacation is an important investment of your time, money and memories. We know those memories will last a lifetime and we want them to be all fantastic! We can sleep up to 8 with 4 bedrooms, and our home has unbeatable views of the intercoastal waterway, the marsh and the ocean. There is a view from every room! The beach is right across the street, just a short walk. The West End is mainly 2 homes deep, and there is a friendly gatekeeper to keep the traffic low. This unit also comes with a enclosed carport with generous space for parking up to 6 bikes. It is located on Brick Landing golf course and has a view of the intercoastal waterway from the master bedroom, screened porch, and deck. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. However, for an additional $100 you can have it Friday (5/11) thru the following Sunday (5/20) of Bike Week - if not already rented week of (5/19). Condo sleeps 9 - queen bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the loft, and a twin and queen bed in the last bedroom. There is a full kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, living room and two full baths. Condo has HDTV antenna and DVD player. Unfortunately, we are not going to be able to use it because of a friend's wedding.<br> <br> Our loss, your gain. Valued at over $1500, St. Patrick's week in Hilton Head, SC at the Royal Dunes Resort beginning Friday, March 16th through Friday, March 23rd. I hear that St. Patrick's weekend is big around there, esp. in Savannah, GA just a short drive away.<br> <br> A 7 night stay in a three bedroom, three bath condo, just a short walk from the beach. I checked out the accomodations in person when I was visiting in October, GREAT place! Max occupancy is 8 people, there are two master suites with king beds, two twins in the third bedroom with another bath across the hall, and a pull out sofa offerred in the living area. Fully stocked kitchen (all dishes, pots, etc..), minus the groceries, as well as a washer/dryer located in the unit. There is also a heated pool, open year round on-site.<br> <br> I have all the paperwork, including pics of floorplans. There may also be an option to change the dates, but when I inquired other available dates did not work for us either.<br> <br> $700 total for the package, that's only $100/night!
