You could technically live with up to three other people but there’s a good chance that’d you have the 4br place to yourself. The bedrooms are decent in size and the common living area is quite large.

At most you would share a bathroom with one other person (this semester, I’m sharing with no one). There’s a toilet, shower, two sinks, two mirrors, two cabinets. Parking is available (although you have to buy a permit from the Warehouse). There’s also a nice kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave included). Also included are a washer/dryer in the apartment. Guy or girl, doesn’t matter.

This is a great apartment because it is across the street from Lake Jonson Nature Park and has a 5 mile trail. It is located in an animal friendly community so cats and dogs are welcome. The apartment is located on exit 1C on the belt line and is 6 miles from the crab tree mall, 1.9 to the Harris Teeter, 13 miles to RDU, 7.8 miles to Wake tech, 4 miles to NC state, and 5 miles to I-40. Right now the apartment would cost you around $820 with a 12 month lease not including the fireplace, vaulted ceilings and or the washer and dryer. I am OCD about cleanliness but if you move in before April I will have the carpets steam cleaned and slash $300 bucks off your first month.
