Rent is $700, the rate for this model is $750. I paid a $500 security deposit so I am asking you to pay a $250 security deposit to me and when the lease ends you will receive the $500 back. <br> <br> The way a sublease here works is through a roommate application. You'd have to qualify for the apartment and pay the application fee of $40. Then we can decide on a date my stuff is out and you move in, at that point I'll fill out a roommate release form and the apartment is yours. For that date we would prorate the rent. <br> <br> Great way to get into this complex and if you choose to renew youre at an advantage since my rent is already 50 bucks lower than the going rate.
