I am lucky enough to have found a great job, and living situation in New Bern NC, where I will be relocating at the end of Feb. I can be out sooner, if you need in sooner. Its a two bedroom, two bathroom, with washer and dryer included, fireplace, spacious! The apartment complex is in a great location close to Crabtree, Brier Creek, Stonehenge market, Grocery, 440, and 540. The complex also offers and indoor(open all year) and outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, care care station, picnic areas, Laundry room, and valet trash(they pick it up right outside your door). <br>

I am a very neat, and organized person, so thing shave been kept up very well since Ive moved in. Its a first floor unit, you can also rent a garage spot but there is open parking. My unit is near a grill and close to the fitness center. Neighbors are nice, some I never see. I will be happy to show you the place, or set up a time to meet with the office if you have any questions. If you are serious, Ill pay application and transfer fee, so all you will have to do is MOVE IN, and start paying March rent! :)<br>

The maintenance crew is very fast at responding to any problems. And the office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have lived here a year and a half moving outside of the city and looking for a subleaser. <br>
My lease ends on July 31. Rent is $700, the rate for this model is $750. I paid a $500 security deposit so I am asking you to pay a $250 security deposit to me and when the lease ends you will receive the $500 back. <br>

The way a sublease here works is through a roommate application. You'd have to qualify for the apartment and pay the application fee of $40. Then we can decide on a date my stuff is out and you move in, at that point I'll fill out a roommate release form and the apartment is yours. For that date we would prorate the rent. <br>

Great way to get into this complex and if you choose to renew youre at an advantage since my rent is already 50 bucks lower than the going rate. You will also make your security deposit back double. <br>

This is a really cool house. It has a main floor and a huge finished basement. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor and one in the basement. The available room is the one in the basement. There is a separate entrance for the basement. There are three guys living in the house now. We are open to a male or female roommate. We are NC State graduates and have IT/software jobs. We are pretty laid back and open minded.<br>
There are actually two dens in this house. The one upstairs has a 50 inch Samsung. The one in the basement as a 55 inch Sony. We usually have additional tvs in the basement for NFL Sundays and College Football Saturdays<br>

We split the utilities 3 ways and monthly they have ranged from 50-80 dollars. <br>

The house is great for UNC students, within walking distance of campus, (only a few minutes from the hospital, the medical school, nursing school, dental school etc) and close to several bus lines. The house is shared with 2 other female roommates (one is in the nursing school and the other is finishing her MA). <![CDATA[I'm not sure how big the apt is, but its a sweet set up. The living room, half bath, dinning room, kitchen, and laundry room are all downstairs. Both bedrooms are up stairs along with the full bath. There is a nice size deck in the back that is shared with one neighbor (never seen them use it) and there is parking out front, and plenty of street parking for guests. I'm moving out of state as of the end of Feb, so I'm looking for someone to take over my half of the bills. My roommate has a washer and dryer, table and couch. My room will be completely empty. There is plenty of storage space as well, one closet under the stairs, one at the top of the stairs and there is also 2 closets in my room. Other bills are internet and power. Internet is 15 dollars each, and power ranges 25-60 dollars depending on what it's set at. Its super close to state, a bus stop right at the apts. <br>
Move in date is March 1st, and the lease runs out in Aug. If you are looking for short term you have the option on moving out in June. Deposit is 265, and you'll need pay stubs to prove you can pay your half of the rent. Let me know if you have any questions. <br>

Current lease rates at this complex are on the rise and $40-100 more then my rate in smallr apartments so if you were looking to sublease and then renew the lease this is a great price to lock in at. Security deposit is already paid so all you would need to pay is the $150 application/background check fee to move in. February rent is also already paid so the sooner you move on this the more FREE RENT you get! <br>
All furniture included, large fully equipped kitchen and full size laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
