Assist Executive Director in employee relations issues, including investigating employee grievance matters and advising administrators and supervisors in handling job performance concerns. Research, analyze and recommend employment policies and procedures to ensure employment compliance with federal, state, and college regulations. Serve as a resource for policy and procedure interpretation and counsel employees and department heads on job related matters which includes proposing strategies to implement job related policies. Develop and maintain Human Resources website and publications. Manage annual performance evaluation process for faculty and staff including the probationary performance evaluation process. May provide other relevant HR related duties as assigned.<br>

Essential Responsibilities <br>
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Human Resources management related area.<br>
