<![CDATA[Hello, I'm not asking someone to design an Android or iOS app. I am trying to get help with the Dreamweaver CS5.5 feature that lets you use the software to create Android apps and iOS apps - I haven't tried iOS yet. I can create Android apps using Eclipse which will create Java based apps for Android. Maybe it could be done over the phone or using an app like TeamViewer, but the last time someone tried that, they didn't get very far. So, what happens is I go through the Mobile setup and then make sure it finds the Android SDK then I try to Build and Run. It gets so far with launching the emulator and then finally it gives an error saying it could not start the app myapp (which is whatever app name I've chosen ). Strangely, the same thing happens on both my laptop and my desktop, the laptop being newly added. So, this is very strange. I mean this is a feature offering of Dreamweaver CS5.5. So, obviously this is a feature that should work with my version of Dreamweaver - unless there is a problem with the file I downloaded from Adobe - I have a subscription version. Yes, I have updated Dreamweaver to the very latest update. Yes, I've searched and implemented all the "fixes" for if this happens to you. I've done everything suggested on every forum I could find. Adobe referred me to their devnet forums. I've never had a software product from Adobe fail to work when trying to use a feature offered by the software. Technically there isn't really any programming because the Perl script mentioned in the last step already exists, so it just has to be setup correctly to find the module that it requires. I'm not skilled with Perl as I am with other languages. I am offering $100 for these tasks or some part of them. I'd even offer to barter reseller web hosting if someone feels uncomfortable doing this for $100. So, here are the tasks: Job Description I am needing help with a few different tasks related to Semantic Mediawiki. This is the set of extensions to MediaWiki that make use of the Semantic Web Technologies. It shouldn't require any programming or development per se, as I am using extensions that already exist. One of the tasks might require installing something on the server. I do have root level SSH access. I have already done a great deal and so this shouldn't take long if you know about Semantic MediaWiki This is for a Genealogy website. So, the initial tasks are: 1) The form should allow for images to be uploaded and the images should then appear on the page. Right now I just have links to the images and even they don't work. 2) The home page is not showing the factbox. This is done with the __SHOWFACTBOX__ and it lets you get an RDF output for the page -- eventually, I'll want to get a full rdf dump of the entire site. 3) The inline parser function for displaying marriage information should allow the marriage information to be edited in a popup window. This is a jQuery call to a lightbox window that would allow the person to enter information without leaving the page. I also have a parser function in the template to display the Marriage details for the person that is currently being viewed, if any information is found. 4) I found a Perl script that will take a GEDCOM (which is what all genealogy software can use for publication/export) and convert it to RDF using the same vocabularies. Then the RDF/XML should be imported into the MediaWiki site. The Perl script already exists, so one wouldn't even need to create a script, just set it up to use a module that gets called. There will be other tasks later but this can be done very quickly. I am a web developer myself but I got stuck on this. Please NOTE my budget on this. It's really not much and these tasks can be done for $100. I use Semantic Forms and Semantic Templates, as well as inline queries/parser functions.
