I have been cleaning houses, babysitting, etc. to come up with what I'm paying her every week. Anyways, she knows I don't have the money to move out right now and wants me out by the 15th. If you have any work available please let me know. Thanks. So I was basically asked to leave my rental situation by the 15th. I pay my roommate (owner of the house I'm staying in) weekly instead of monthly because she isn't good at paying utilities and making sure I don't come home to no water, heat, electricity, etc. Anyways, I was getting ready to give her money for the 2nd week cause I've already given her money for the 1st week and she tells me not to bother and I can keep that money. I asked her why. She said well it will cover the damage done to your car by my cat. Um actually no it won't. She has hit my car multiple times with her car and her cat scratching it up was just icing on the cake. I mentioned to her a couple day's ago that she was parked on my bumper and that the cat has done damage as well. Didn't even mention all the other times she has hit my car and done significant damage. She also doesn't know that I have pictures, including pictures of her car touching my bumper. All together she owes me $3,581 and some change. So she told me that she wants me out by the 15th and that by not paying her for the 2nd week of March that will take care of the damages from the cat. She's not even thinking about all the damage she caused from hitting or scraping my car. I'm so upset. I don't even know what to do or where to start. I guess I will be speaking with the bishop at my church and see what he can do. Her throwing me out after I mention to her that she needs to fix the problem with the cat and stop parking on my bumper is just low. I basically only have a few days to move out. What the heck? Takes a really crappy person to pull this on someone. Not to mention 2 of her kids just moved back home. They are in there early 20's. They ate all of my food I have left. Blake's been feeding me thank god. They also used up a bunch of my hygiene products knowing my money situation. Then they moved me out of my room and into the tiniest bedroom. Actually there mom asked on their behalf would I move to the other room. I graciously said sure no problem even though I didn't have to. I come home to find out they had already started moving me into the other room. They said well we will help you with it when you get home. Um ok then how come when I got home you had already moved a lot of my crap. I didn't give them permission to do that. Then I had been using a futon type of bunk bed to sleep on and furniture was supposed to be included in my rent and I could bring additional furniture if I wanted to. Well they took apart the bed to sell it in their garage sale and my land lady said she had a bed for me to use for when they took apart the futon bed. Well after it was taken apart she say's oh sorry I don't have a bed after all. I had to spend $50 to find another bed. I told my land lady last night that it would take me a month or two to find another place to go and have the money to move out. She agreed and said it was no rush and not to worry about it. Now she calls me today and say's well I decided you have til the 15th and then you have to move. What the hell? Who does stuff like that? I have just had it. I will be seeing her in court for all the money she owes me. She has no idea I have proof of the damage she has caused. ]]>

<![CDATA[ hi names draco online and i am a hemophyliac with hepatitus c. i got hepatitus c when i was about 12 years old according to the hospital records. this particular hospital had at some point around the time i turned 18 suspected i had hepatitus c but they never told me. i believe it was because they did not want to be sued at the time.some years ago i requested the records and got them and yes they showed elevated enzyme levels but some records were missing and i had to request them and once i got them i read that the doctors did do some blood work when at 18 i began complaining of problems and they suspected that i had hep c but they didnt follow through with a blood test to actually find out that i had hep c. so i went for many years without knowing i had hepatitus c untill 1998 when i was diagnosed with it in indiana after i got sick again. once i heard that i had it i basically really just freaked out. ok so right now i want to know if there are any other hemophyliacs in north carolina who also got hepatitus c from tainted blood products at unc chapel hill...and more importantly have you been dealt with by the hospital the same way ive been dealt with? have you guys filed a law suit? have you been able to find a lawyer to file a lawsuit for you? do any of you know if the federal government is going to compensate us? well please contact me and let me know ok? thanks, draco. ]]>

The hour-long workout includes power walking and intervals of body toning, using exercise tubing and the stroller. Taught by nationally certified instructors who are trained in pre- and post-natal fitness, it's a great workout for any fitness level. In addition to providing a great full body workout for moms, we engage the children throughout our classes through songs and activities, keeping baby entertained while mom exercises.
