<![CDATA[Looking for the ultimate commuter? Want to get into cyclocross racing? Here's the bike for you! This is my size 54cm Scattante XRL Cross bicycle. I built this up from a frameset about three years ago, raced one season on it (cyclocross) and have since used it for my daily commute and the occasional road bike group ride. It fits a little on the large side (feels more like a 55cm) but I'll throw in a free fit with it (I used to fit bicycles professionally) to make sure it fits you well. I have the bike set up fully geared now with a 53/39 front chainring combination and a 12-27 9 speed (Dura Ace) cassette. When I raced this and for a long time when I was commuting I ran it 1x9 with a single 42 tooth ring and a bash guard. I will include the front derailleur adapter that I used for chain retention and a left 7700 STI lever that I gutted and drilled out (saved 50 grams). That way you can swap it back to a single ring if you want. It has wheels so it can be moved about easily. It is already assembled and it would come with the user's manual and batteries for the digital system.
