Gizmodo.com Gizmodo, which posted photos today of what it said was the next-generation Apple iPhone, paid $5,000 for access to the smartphone, said Nick Denton, head of Gawker Media, which publishes the blog. Was it worth it? Probably. Gizmodo collected over 10 million pageviews on 4/19, when the pictures were posted. Now Gizmodo might face legal challenges trying to prove that this Apple iPhone 4G prototype wasn't stolen. Here is the proof:
The guy, who lost iPhone 4G prototype, posted an ad at "lost & found" section of Craigslist on April 18th. He even included pictures of the phone.
The details of the story about this leak published at Gizmodo is a little bit different than information, which was posted in CL.
Gizmodo:

"On the night of March 18, he was enjoying the fine imported ales at Gourmet Haus Staudt, a nice German beer garden in Redwood City, California."

So I did it again this last week, consumed way too much straight vodka within perhaps an hour. The party started at 7, I had to be removed by 10pm because I was biting/attacking/wanting/insulting people and in the process lost my employers iPhone 4G prototype model. It was
lost at Fahrenheit Ultra Lounge & Restaurant downtown San Jose. The phone was hidden inside of an iPhone 3G case. The device has a front facing camera, 80GB of storage. The device, when found was probably running a newer version of iPhone OS but my employer bricked it remotely within a few hours. Pretty sure i'm going to lose my job over this so if you find the phone please email me. Thanks
