While AdSense Publishing seems to be an easy task, it actually involves a lot of work and a lot of time: registration, setup, content creation, directories/search engine submissions, promotions, links exchanges could take years before you'll make your $50-$100/month . Why? because traffic builds revenue. Your hopes for high revenues does not increase your traffic.

Not likely. You have your interests. Customers know it. You're not the person to trust.
I am not sure what's your budget, and it doesn't really matter. Initial impact could be done by 1 person "with multiple personalities".
