Many changes:
- Script has been re-structured and optimized for faster deployment;
- Creation of new resource is as easy as renaming file.;
- All replacements now are included in aggregated RSS;
- Adsense channels are now supported.
- Description tag gets generated automatically.
- Title tag gets generated automatically from file name.
